Automatic detection, quantification and characterisation of volumes in anatomical areas of interest:
Whole brain, cerebrospinal fluid, ventricles or more specific structures such as hippocampus, frontal, parietal, temporal cortex, basal ganglia, thalamus and corpus callosum. For research purposes, Pixyl.Neuro.BV is able to segment more than 100 regions.
Report and longitudinal analysis of the evolution of the disease in case of presence of a history in the PACS :
Pixyl.neuro.BV™ automatically performs brain volume measurements and provides quantification in ml of the areas studied, all compared to a normative population to alert the user if an abnormal volume is detected. If the previous examination is available, it is automatically included in the analysis and allows the report to be completed with volume changes in percentages. This report also contains graphical representations of volumes and norms for certain areas.
